Responsibilities
- Identifying, Contacting and developing new client relationships for IT staffing contracts.;
- Bring new clients using own business books and previous relationships;
- Always striving for more opportunities to grow.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Work with company president to create a business strategy
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior technical staffing experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT Staffing industry as BDM/ Account Manager/ Recruiter.
