Contingency & retainer
We provide searches through contingency or retained arrangements with our clients. In both instances, the employer pays the search fee. In a contingency contract, the hiring company may be working with two or more staffing firms, although based on our reputation and proven track record, many times we are granted exclusivity with contingent searches. In a retained arrangement, generally reserved for very specialized or high-level positions, we are the only firm conducting the search.
